Swish & Legacy is a free, browser-based basketball career simulation game. Access to and use of the website are free of charge.

3. Conditions of use

The user agrees to use the website lawfully and in good faith, and not to damage, overload or interfere with its operation or with other users. Further conditions are in our Terms of Use.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The code, design, texts and original graphics of the website belong to its owner or are used under licence. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without permission is not allowed, except as permitted by law.

Swish & Legacy is an independent fan-made simulation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NBA, the EuroLeague, the NCAA or any club, league, federation or player. Names, logos and marks of third parties that appear in the Game belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. If you are a rights holder and want something changed or removed, write to bieldiazbasullas@gmail.com.

The Game is provided “as is”. All careers, statistics and results are simulated and fictional. The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from third-party content or links, except where the law says otherwise.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
